Ram Rebel same as Ram HD

I want to change up my Ram Front end. Wife said chrome front a rear bumpers. Stared looking into the HD (2500) front ends when I noticed that the Ram rebel looks like it has a HD front end with its own unique grill? Am I right?

Ehhh its kinda similar. but parts won't really swap
