I’m thinking about taking the 20 inch ram bighorn wheels and putting a more off road oriented 18 inch ram rebel tire On. Has anyone done this and how did it affect the handling?

The OEM Rebel rim is 17" x 8".
Going to a tire with more sidewall may feel a little squirrelly going around corners compared to what you have now but will ride better over rough roads/terrain.
A Using D or E Load range tire will have stiffer sidewalls and won't give you the squirrellyness under a load/towing.
The factory 285/70/17 Rebel tire size is under 1% difference to the factory 275/60/20 so your speedo will be correct.

Do you have more pictures of these? I had a set of factory Rebel wheels that I flipped because I didn't like how much black was in them, but I like the look of these more.

Thanks in advance!

A curiosity question.
Your data says you have a 2019 which I thought has 6 lug wheels. The pic you posted is a 5 lug wheel.
????
He has a 2019 CLASSIC...A.K.A. continuation of 4th gen styling versus 2019 5th gen

The Rebel wheels won't affect it as much as the "off road oriented" tires. Especially if you go larger and heavier. I moved to 33" KO2s on Rebel wheels and the heavier (both weight and ply) made the truck feel more planted. Feels more like a truck and less like an suv.
