two way plus sub for now, I have some pretty spectacular tweeters and mids that I want to really nail down a tune with before adding anything else to the build.

I think this is a good approach. I've spent years tuning my 2-way and I really like where Iam at with it....I have a closet filled with enough gear to support a few 3-way front stages, but I like the KISS approach too. I remember reading on diyma, reproducing the entire frequency range with the least amount of speakers is key....but difficult. You need a midbass woofer that is comfortable going up higher than usual, and you need a tweeter that is comfortable going low enough to meet the midbass woofer, essentially eliminating the need for a dedicated midrange. The Esotar 650, and the Dyn T-380 have done that for my truck. Your amp rack is sweet! And those amps......produce ******!!!

Thanks man, my buddies want me to get a decent AS100.4 and not one that is dented up so he can paint all of them at one plus mirrors and headlights. After that we are heading to local car shows with it.

Hey E, where do you get replacement sails from? I would love a link if you have one. Yours look the same as my 2015. I'm thinking of ditching the infinity kappas for something far better. Any suggestions on 6.5's and tweets in the $200-$400 range? I will not need xovers. Going to push them with upwards of 100 watts per speaker, 2 or 4 ohm. Im looking for quality not ear bleeding volume.

By the way, your amps make my pants tight.

I haven't looked at replacements for awhile but I belive last time I looked allmoparparts.com had them.

hhhhhhmmmm so many good tweeter and mid combo's out there that are awesome. My go to standard car audio brand would be the HAT imagine 6.5 set as they freaking rock in my Acura and don't have an outrageous mounting depth.
These are the next mids id like to try but that won't happen for a very long time.Audiofrog GS60 6-3/4" midrange car speakers (pair) at Crutchfield.com
Tweeters I would probably do the vifa ring radiators specially if you are going to get them on axis.

Not sure if they changed for 2015, but this might help:

Oh and the NXV (SB) set of mids and tweets are another I really want to try. I think Sonicelctroix is running a pretty decent deal on them right now.

The NVX XSP set is out of stock but has 25% off coupon which makes it amazing price. The set is meant to run active so no added crossover cost. I will have to keep those on my list too. Sonic also has an image dynamics set CXS64 that are in my price range. Any thoughts on ID or CDT audio?

Thanks guys!

Loved my ID Horns. I liked the 6x9 mids from the component set sound, but they kept coming apart on me. They didn't like juice. Went through 3 or 4 speakers that came apart.

Well got it jamming tonight and all I can say is @$!#! $@$!#!% with so much headroom on the power my truck gets seriously loud while playing clean. The dynamics are nothing like I've felt in a vehicle. Now I can't wait to get into tuning to really fine tune things. Man I wish I could record it playing and show you guys but a mic would be over powered instantly.

Awesome! On the other forum I think you said you were running 300 watts to each mid-bass? That is some serious power! What are you running to your tweeters?

And in a regular cab.....wow!

Forum jumping here but you asked about me moving to the Helix in the other forum. I just can't justify it. From what I've read, SQ benefit over my DEQ.8 would be minimal if even detectable.

Maybe on another build or if things should break?

On one of my last system set ups, I ran a HD 600/4 bridged on my mids and I'm still bleeding from that lol. :)
