Readers and Programmers?????

I am wondering is there such a thing as an all in one Code Reader Programmer that is not in the 1000's. I have to program the new tire size, but want the function of a EPG Insight CTS performance modal. Seems like I need to buy a different modal for Reading Codes and Clearing, Performance, and ECM Programming for tires and lights... Anyone know of an option that would be all in one they can recommend?

I uses an Edge CTS2 on my truck. Retail tops $1K but they can be had for a lot less.

It will read and clear codes, you can program different tire sizes, et... but I don't know if it touches the RF hub or BCM for light controls and other BCM features such as TPMS.

Those sorts of thing are easily doable with AlfaOBD.
