Rear diff Breather fitting?

the other day, my breather hose for the rear differential fell down and was dragging along the ground. I was looking at ARB's breather kit that brings it all the way up to the engine bay.

Has anyone dealt with these? and are they good?

also I was looking at a couple pics that were a metal fitting that took place of the hose. Are there any companies that make those? and are they reliable?
