I have a 2008 2500 Hemi 4x4. Love my truck but what a POS in the snow! Hate to admit it but my Chevy would have eaten this dude alive off roading! I want to install a rear locker but honestly have no idea what rearend my Dodge has....
Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

I will have the check. Not exactly sure how to confirm what axle I have. A search of the web doesnt help much....
use the diff wizard on that site and count bolts on your differential cover.

Well I have 14 bolts so according to the DiffWizard I have Chrysler 11.5. But, my bolt pattern doesnt look at all like what the 11.5 is???
I can send someone a pic. I cant attach the pic here.
My diff is squared off on the bottom, instead of one bolt at the very bottom, I have 2 side by side . And is stamped AAM

One more little surprise....I have 2 wires going into the top of my diff case.... Electric Locker?

So, I contacted the good folks at Dodge and just got my trucks "Build Sheet". It confirms my axles, the rear is AMM 10.5 and the front is Chrysler 9.25
The build sheet says my truck has "Anti-Spin" rear end. From what i can find on line that is a Limited Slip option. But that does not explain the two wires that enter into the top of my differential. I removed to cover (oil change) and you can barely see the connector in the back behind the pinion etc. but cant make out any thing else.
The saga continues.........
