I'm not asking for any input at this point. I was merely posting up my final findings, so that anyone else that has this issue with these junk tires will know.

Well, rather than continuing to feed the trolls, I'll just reiterate the solution and be done. Again, do not buy Westlake SL369 tires in the E rating. They are just junk.
