Rear Window Defrost Adding?

My 2020 Bighorn 2500 has the heated and power folding mirrors so I have the switch to activate defrost functions.

My question is can a defrost capable be added and just plug into wiring that is already in my truck or am I going to need a wiring harrness?

Where is the factory connecter at for the defroster?
