Prices are crazy right now. If I were selling a truck right now, I would search the internet and see what similar trucks are selling for in your area.

Hard to find a comparable right now in area; and across eBay and Autotrader, seems like 70k is high for a already titled vehicle. I had a 2010 PW, it was have to have given stock lockers/winch/swaybar on factory truck, but costs now are crazy.

Reasonable and current market may not intersect. If you are willing to wait for an ordered truck, and are willing to travel a bit if required, it's near certain you can get a brand new one cheaper than a recent used one.
