Rebel Grill Swap on my 2016 Big Horn

Hey guys and gals,

First post here! Im wondering if anyone has swapped a 2019-2020 rebel grill onto a pre-2018 4th gen ram 1500. I have a 2016 Big Horn and I HATE this chrome **** everywhere (Why did I buy it? because it was cheap and had all the packages I wanted). Anyway if anyone has done this swap lmk, It looks similar to the pre 2019 trucks but I think it's different and need some advice. If you have other ram grill suggestions let me know too!

They make aftermarket Rebel style grills for your model. I don’t believe the Rebel grilles match up at all without major headaches.

Yes they do but the bumper will need modifications or you will need a rebel bumper and the headlight fillers for underneath the headlight.

Your best bet is an aftermarket rebel style grille. Bolts right up and you can get it painted if you want to match. Will be way cheaper in the end.

I don't think the 2019+ grille will work - the hood and everything is different.
Previous 2018 or aftermarket rebel grilles will work with varying minor mods.
