Rebuilt computer

I would like to here from someone who has had experience with rebuilt computers. Any suggestions on who to deal with or not to deal with?

By all means, save yourself the time and hassle, STAY AWAY from Flagship One, Inc. Took 3 weeks for them to send me the wrong part and then was told that since I didn't request the right part inside of 30 days from ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE, that all I could receive is a store credit...
