I cannot for the life of me find the post (from about a month ago) where a couple people posted the same website for buying wheels. It came recommended as the cheapest place to buy new wheels. Does anyone recall what the site was?

You will find that customoffsets.com is very comparable... there was another site that was even cheaper than both of those sites but I don't remember what it was. The reason it was cheaper was because it offered free tpms sensors

Me personally I go around to my local tire stores before the internet. I had an experience several years ago when I bought tires online and those damn things were so out of round, that my tire shop could not get them balanced and they did everything they could. When I contacted the seller I bought them from (online) I had one hell of a time getting my money back.

i got mine from www.customoffsets.com and they(tire and wheel package)are the best balanced and best riding aftermarket wheel i have had on all three rams I have owned. At 70+ on the highway they ride so smooth for a mud tire and there is absolutely no wobble or vibration in the steering wheel.

fwiw...the sites I listed are better for package deals not getting just wheels or just tires.

So I need to buy both wheels and tires in order to get the best deal?

from what i have seen places like that - their prices on just wheels and just tires are average(can be found cheaper elsewhere) where the deal comes in is when you do a package you get free mounting, balancing, and shipping. When i got mine I noticed that there was price cut on the tires once i put them in a package vs. just looking up the tire.

By the way, how do I know what "Width" I want the wheels to be? I think my current stock wheels are 20"x9. I was told I can put 12.5 width tires on them. Do I need bigger width wheels then?

Edit: Do I want an offset with the wheels as well?

I have 20x10 Fuel Mavericks with a -12mm offset. My tires are Toyo Open Country M/T's 295/60/20

yes you can run 35x12.5x20 on your stock wheels as long as you are at least leveled in the front(you will most likely also need a 1/4" wheel spacers)

Do you like the wheels to stay close to stock stance? Flush with the fenders? Sticking out from the fenders?

Thanks, I like your wheels. Is 295/60/20 = 35x12.5x20? Is there any specific reason you went with a 20x10 over the stock 20x9 and a -12mm offset?

Do you like the wheels to stay close to stock stance?

Not really sure!? Is there any benefit to staying close or moving away?

Flush with the fenders?

Again, not really sure! Is there any benefit to it?

Sticking out from the fenders?

Again, not really sure! Is there any benefit to it? I do know I don't want them sticking out and looking trashy like this:
