First of all, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
Second of all, the remote start on my 2016 ram 1500 has started acting strange. I have to push the button on my fob like 20 times before the truck will finally flash the lights and start. It doesn't matter if I'm in my house or standing right beside the truck. The lock and unlock button on the key fob work every time no problem, but the remote start button just isn't doing it. I already tried replacing the battery on the fob and the problem hasn't gone away. Before this I was able to easily remote start the truck at a pretty good distance and always after two clicks of the button. Is there something that could be going on with the truck itself? Is this going to be a key fob issue?
