Remote start seat heater not working

I have an 09 Laramie that has remote start and when its cold the seat heater and steering wheel heaters come on, when its hot the seat fan comes on or is supposed to.
Recently the seat heater is not coming on when using the remote start, the lights showing its on come on but no heat. When I put in the key and turn to on the lights go off (as usual) but I cannot turn the heater back(lights come on, then go off) on until I kill the engine and restart manually, then everything works properly.
Also the steering wheel heater works as it should with the remote start. Also the mirror heaters come on as well.
I do not know about the seat vent as its not hot enough to engage them via remote start.

I know my seats wont auto turn on the heat unless its 40 or under, and cooled is 80 and over.

In the radio under settings you will have comfort, and in there will tell the seats to heat or cool on remote start.

I have the same problem, kinda...ironically if it's cold the seat heater won't work until it gets warm in the cab then it works. I do hear a click when it turns off. I have checked all the connections or so I think. I could use some help please.
