Remote start

Remote start is saying disabled. Any ideas? Just had headgasket put on. Was working before. Put a new battery in key fob

Do you have your 2nd fob ? Try that ... also check your battery, I thought someone mentioned something about their truck battery being low and ******** with the remote start ....

Is the Check Engine light on? That will also disable the remote start

if there is any error codes, or the low fuel light is on, the factory remote start won't work. Also check the hood latch switch, that will disable the remote start also

Low oil, weak battery, door open, low fuel, and a few others shut down remote start, but it should tell you on the dash if you try it from inside the vehicle, the one involved.
