How do I take the things holding the hood insulation off without wrecking them and then do the fake hood scoops come out, if so how?? Thanks

You can get a panel popper at just about any parts store, Ebay or Amazon. Some of those clips are really tight and they are NOT coming out without trashing them. Do yourself a favor and get some replacements when you get your panel popper.
As far as the scoops, well, they went in at the factory and they're plastic, so we know they're not welded in.
When you get your insulator out, you'll see the small tangs that catch the edge of the hood to hold them in. Just be gentle and they'll come out.
