Removing front bumper

How difficult is it to replace the chrome bumper on the fron of my truck? I got into a fender bender and need to swap it out. Is this easy enough for a guy in his driveway with hand tools? It's just the chrome part (I dont have a picture of the damage.

Should be fairly easy, I've only done a 3rd Gen haven't done a 4th gen though they should be the same difficulty(which isn't very much haha)

6 bolts, it's easy. I'd have someone there to help get it off its a heavy SOB.

The top plastic doesn't have to come off?

I think it might I cant remember. 8 bolts total if the top piece has to come off.
