Need to replace my ignition mod(68271986AC) and noticed a seller on Ebay selling programmed/ plug and play modules with using your VIN. It has the Ebay money back guarantee, so if it doesn't work nothing lost. but can you program these with just a VIN# and code reader w/ programming capabilities?
