Replacing headlights 2019

I have a 2019 2500 Laramie 4wd crew. Head light is broke. Is led reflector part # 68360181ac. I can not find new (in stock), I can find others and aftermarket but all have a projector bulb and led. And it says will not work with my truck. Can anyone shed some light on why I can not use these headlights. Please help, truck is down and not drivable till I fix this. Thanks

I have tried them and it min 10 day wait from manufacturer to them the 10 days to me. Turns still work but the damage has made the led trim and head lights quit. So I have to replace.
