Reset of RHR code head unit

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew how to reset a730N RHR code head unit. I can’t find it anywhere on here or YouTube. I did try the process in the soft reset of Unconnect 8.4 sticky thread and it didn’t work. Any help would be appreciated.

You can try and see if there's a reset option in the engineering menu

Hold down hard keys "seek up" and "seek down" at the same time and press the hard key "menu" while holding down the other two.

Mess with the options at your own risk, and whatever you do, DO NOT try to calibrate the screen
