Retain climate controls with aftermarket radio?

I have a 2014 sport with an 8.4 radio. I want to upgrade to something with android auto, I've researched my options but I can not find if any aftermarket radios from like alpine or pioneer can control my climate controls. Does anybody have any info on this option?

Yes you can. You'll need to add the idatalink maestro rr and ch3 harness to the aftermarket radio. On the idatalink site it'll list compatible radio.
