Retractable Running Boards

Has anyone replaced the motor before and if so how difficult is the job? My driver side motor is going bad.

I've replaced one on Amp auto steps before, Can't imagine it's much different? Unplug it, unbolt it, replace motor, plug back in. It was that simple.
