Question

On my 24 warlock classic I have a sport hood and the hood has the matte black stripes on it.

I caught a rock or piece of road debris directly in the stripe. Good news it didn't dent the hood, bad news it torn the stripe and since the truck is white. I now have a small white spot in the stripe.

Has anyone encountered this and if so, how did you fix it, if you fixed? Removing the stripe and reapply a new one obviously would repair but I'm looking for something a lot less work and similar to touch up paint. Any ideas accepted

Thanks

Ok, black matte fingernail polish. 3 coats. Thoughts or feedback? Appears to work. At least as Long as its dry and warm in the garage
