Hi all
In have a 04 3.7 V6 got it new had no problems with it till this past spring.
It started with a miss fire.
So replaces the plugs and the packs. Still ran rough.
A code for the map or MAF sensor showed
That the engine is getting to much fuel not enough oxygen.
Replaces the O2 and Map /MAF sensor
Still running rough, now lights are flickering and all of a sudden no oil pressure. Oil is in good range on the dip stick.
Any clue to what is going on?

#1 rule for diagnostics and repairs for drivability concerns.
SCAN for CODES. Post results.

Are you sure there's still not a misfire code? I'd check codes again. For now check:
Is air cleaner new and no blockage?
Check for vacuum leaks around the intake manifold.
Could have a bad injector but you need a way to monitor fuel trims and O2 sensor readings.
The flickering oil light is more than likely because it's misfiring multiple cylinders so it is well below idle rpm.

The air filter is not that old is pretty clean.
It was giving a misfire and it stoped and started up agin (forgot to mention) why I changed the plugs and ignition boots.
I’ll check the manifold.

How many miles on it, find the oil pressure sending unit and install a mechanical oil pressure gage to get a true reading, you may have a stuck fuel injector, is the oil diluted down W gas or have a higher level, don't run it like that, don't load the parts cannon up any more before testing!!!

if your chasing a missfire issue pop the valve covers these engines throw rockers when they sludge up take a look at the timing guides while your there these engines need a timing kit around 130k.

The truck has 218,381 miles on it
The oil is not diluted maybe a fraction over the fill line
When the motor gets close to operating temp do I loose pressure it may go back up the. Back down
Been trying to get the old gas out as well
