Rough idle

Radiator got a crack in it and truck got a little hot. It didn't over heat. It went a little past the middle. I replaced it and flushed the system. I have started to notice a rough idle now. Its a little rough when idling and rough around 3-4k when driving. I tested the antifreeze and it was fine. No oil in the water, no water in the oil. Also its not burning oil. Any ideas?
2002 1500 4.7 160xxx miles.

Hmmmm, with 160K, have you thought about cleaning the throttle body? Did you switch out the thermostat as well?

Looks like I'm a little dyslexic, it has 106,*** miles.
I have the code pulled it's a coil pack on the number one cylinder
