Just had new exhaust system put in, resonator delete with flow master super 10 muffler, notice my rpm’s have been jumping up slightly when slowing down and braking, wondering if it’s normal downshifting, or a problem.

Its most likely normal downshifting you are hearing I recently put a magnaflow on my 2014 you hear the downshifts now happens with the 8 speed.

Are your brakes ok? I'm wondering if in the install process the brake booster check valve got damaged ...or something along the brake vacuum line. Just a thought.
