they make a vinyl floor for like work trucks am i mistaking? a family friend of ours got it on his truck at least the first model 4th gen, but he had a vinyl "carpet" because it was more for a work truck than a luxury for him...

i dont know if they make it for our truck or not but that might be interesting to find out especially since if they do it should be a perfect fit

I did this in my old hunting truck way back. Gets louder and you want to make sure all your wiring is run with the future in mind before you put the coating down. Makes cleaning easier but keep in mind that water gets everywhere.

I have factory installed vinyl "carpets" on my '03. This is a base line stick 4.7 4wd single cab 8' bed. It is nice, but also bad. It is very slippery when getting in. I've had passengers slip who weren't expecting it.

A carpet with the husky liners woks real well.

Thats sort of what I hve now but my carpet is rubbed off and is rubbing off more and looks like garbage az well as I dont want water and stuff getting in there.

I have already considered getting carpets. Vinyl is nice and all, but it is annoying because it is slick. I don't do enough work to scuff it up.

My truck has rubberized flooring. It was already installed when I purchased the truck so not sure where they got it or if it was an option from the factory. If I can remember I will take a picture sometime today for you.

How is it for road noise wise? If you've ridden in a similar truck with carpet that is. Some complain about that issue.

I haven't noticed much noise. I don't have any mods on it though so not sure how annoying an exhaust system or bigger tires would be.
