Running hot idiot light comes on

I have a 2021 Ram 3500 6.4. It has 6k miles on it. At about 3,000 miles it started doing this in the picture below. No trailer. It does it mostly going up an incline. Probably has done it 8-10 times. Took it to the dealer and they say the check engine light isn't on so the truck is fine. Something is wrong...any help would be appreciated.

wow did you show them that pic ??? if you did i would be talking to the service manager to have this resolved and if they dont talk to ram cares that should not be happening. is your coolant level good in the expansion tank check it.

Coolant level, fan operating properly, radiator not damaged or blocked?

Thank you for the replies guys. Yes I have a few pics from different times. Coolant level is good. They double checked that. They said the fan is working as it should. If it wasn't the checknengine light would be on. I dealt with the service manager from the start. Tried to tell me it's a fluke thing. Yeah ok. I photo shopped 8 different pictures.

I am thinking thermostat or a block somewhere.

Does the dealer have a IR (infrared temp gun) to check temps, upper radiator will be hotter that's the feed from the engine and the bottom much cooler if the radiator is cooling the antifreeze have them check the temps of the top hose and the bottom hose, there may be castings clogging the radiator core when it was manufactured.
