Running Lean

I recently got a check engine light on, using my diablo tuner, it says that I am running lean on both banks.
I am running the hemifever tune and a vararam cai, could the truck be running lean due to this, or is there something else likely wrong?
The truck is a 04 3500 5.7 hemi almost 180,000 miles

What kind of fuel you put in it?

I run premium fuel. the issue seems to have resolved itself. I am guessing I got some bad fuel. I had to go to a gas station I don't normally go to and looking back that's when the issues started.
