RUSSLRAM dual headlight build

So I've been wanting to try to retrofit a set of dual headlights and finally pulled the trigger. I got black with clear turn markers headlights. 3" in projector with the panamera switchback shroud. Open them pretty easy now to dive in.

I did a few Duals, I love working with them. There is room everywhere for a full side shroud and all.

Really like the look of these shrouds. Also etched "RAM" into turn signal lens. Was thinking of etching the projector lens but might just keep it plain on this build, not sure anything would work with the "RAM".

I use the airbrush or "air eraser" if u looking it up. It uses compound to etch. Like a sandblaster just on a really small scale. My wife has a plotter so I can make my own stencils out of vinyl.

They are a lot easier. Especially with a 3" projector and full shroud. The big problem is that it's opened up a can of worms as far as ideas to retrofit. Already thinking of my next set. Think I might try a turbine shroud with switchbacks and a passive demon eye on my next build.

Got them sealed up and mounted on the truck. Love the look the duals have with a projector in them. Everything works great except the H13 adapter I got doesn't snap in so just had to zip tie them together. The etched "RAM" looks great, very subtle with no light and pops with lights.

They could do much more colors and combinations of course. The halos I used we’re cheap too, the controller was picky

That's why I've been staying away from RGB. Always look good but all the Bluetooth controllers seem to not always work as they should. The IR ones work fine but have to be within the IR reader.

Stone cold fact

Here is a front end shot. I love the simplicity and look of these lights but I have so many more ideas in my head for more dual headlights that I will probably be putting these up for sell in a week or two. My next set I might go a little overboard with demon eyes, halos,more custom etching, and maybe a theme(sports team, military, super hero/villian).

Finally got a output pic. Driverside hotspot is off a little but there cheap hid bulbs for testing. Cutoff line was a little tricking to get aligned for some reason this time.

Lights have been in for a week. Look and perform great. Took them off to clean up the wiring. Going to run them for another week and them put them up for sale.
