It's the one with a green connection on one end and silver on the other. Cannot find part number but looks like the first half of part number 2 in the diagram.

This is on inside of frame rail drivers side.

What's the part number? How hard to replace? Special tools needed?

I got some 3/8s gas line and hose clamps in case it goes before I can find the replacement part.

Currently coated in fluid film hoping to stop the advance of the rust.

Only found it because I look at everything under my truck while changing oil.

Any help is appreciated as always.

Thank you.

Don't use 3/8 rubber hose and clamps, the fuel pressure is at 40-50 psi and what you got isn't recommended, clean off that rust and apply Fluid Film on the lines, also it looks like surface rust, it'll take a long time for the lines to rust out.

^^^^^what Dodge 1500 said. Doesn’t look terrible. Spring is around the corner and time for some wire brushing, primer and paint. The rest of the lines look pretty good, just that one spot. Maybe it’s worse than the picture shows but I’d try to clean it up, paint it and when fall approaches the paint will have hardened you can fluid film or cosmoline the lines.
