Hey gus just got my S&B intake and installed it I screwed down the top clear plexiglass. Only lightly with a screwdriver and there are gabs on both sides where it is bending a bit. Is that ok to leave is Ithe meant to be like that or do I seal them up thanks guys.

I think it's normal. The two that I have seen are like this and mine does it just ever so slightly as well. It won't hurt anything.

Same here- don't worry about it sealing.
If I could go back in time I might get 3M film for both side of the plexi; it scratches really easily and doesn't look nearly as good after only a couple years.

Yeah your good. Mine is bowed up slightly. And like "audio" said it will scratch up easily.

^X2. My gaps lessen when there is heat in the engine bay, and gap more when everything is ambient cold.
That being said, its all pre-filter so the only thing entering the box that you don't want is a little bit of under hood heat--a very little bit given the volume of colder air being drawn through the right fender.
