Sales Codes For Programming

Alright,

So I got my tow mirrors on and I've got an appointment with the dealer to program it. LEC, LEG, and LEB.

Does anyone know the sales codes for the following so I only have to pay the fee once.

Remote Start
Back-Up Camera (and anything else for a 5.0 RA2 upgrade.)
Factory Brake Controller

The ITBM is XHC and the remote start is XBM. However, it's not as simple as just adding the sales code for the remote start. There is a procedure the dealer needs to follow to program the key fobs and activate the new RFHM. If you want the remote start added, I would talk to them about getting it installed and see if they'll add the other codes while they're in there.
