So I was watching Autoline the other day (daily youtube show) and they mentioned that the Ram outsold the Silverado last month. Now from what I understand GM no longer reports monthly sales but I think it's based on an estimate from Wards Auto where the sales analysis is done. I'm sure that would not include the GM as a whole and I'm sure Ram has beat Chevy in the past here an there but still impressive if accurate.

I hope the RAMs are selling well. Silverado sales could be down in part because an all new model has been announced and will be available soon.

Couple months ago I rarely saw a ram on the road. Yesterday went on a 60 road trip and counted 8 new rams. At one point I was sitting at a stop light and counted 3 stopped with me.
For the first time I saw a bright blue one. No my taste but it looked good.

Edit: the three of us at the light were all kinds looking at each other. Lol. You can tell as a 19 ram owner we are all pretty proud of our trucks.

Read the same sales reports. I think the price difference when comparing options to options along with the difference in cab comfort may be contributing to this. Also think that FCA is helping dealers with advertising and "dealer cost" incentives.

It's pretty widely speculated that Ram and Chevy will duke it our for #2 best seller in the segment. Ford has quite a healthy lead with the F150. If I remember correctly they were up like 300k+ from the closest competitor (chevy) last year.

Where I bought my ram in December, they sell both rams and silverados, salesman told me rams are outselling Chevy 3-1. He had over 40 rams on the lot and not many silverados. He also said in a few years his lot will be all trucks and suvs . Cars will be very few

I am now looking at buying a Ram --was looking at Ford until I saw the problem they are having with freezing door latches in the new model since 2015 including the 2019's -- -------- not sure why it has not been more publicized---

I see as many Rams as any other truck around my neck of the woods.

I'd say that fits the bill here also with the exception of the 'new' ram...I see the 4th gen a lot and you can't swing a dead cat without hitting an F-150
