I have a 2019 2500 Laramie. Satellite radio reception is bad. It looses reception several times a day. I understand trees etc. but I also have a 2021 Cherokee. From my house to work the ram looses the signal 4 times. It’s 3 miles. The jeep on the exact trip never looses the signal. The dealership replaced the radio and the antenna with no change. Does anyone else have this problem?

How many 5G phone towers do you pass along that trip ?

There are at least 2 streets in my town that have several 5G towers near the road

In my case, most of them are T-Mobile towers

We all have experienced dead spots in reception. There is in particular a 1/2 block radius on one street I regularly travel where the signal completely cuts out. I discussed this with the dealer and all the sales people experience the same issue at that location.

So, a complaint to the regulator because someone is using illegal transmission equipment in this commercial block of a town.
No surprise, no response from the regulator in Canada, they don’t give a ****. Too busy collecting a salary and pension credits to do the job they were hired to do. So we have to live with government lethargy and incompetence.

It does look like T-Mobile towers can interfere with XM, but you'd think that would be the same in either vehicle.

I don't have an answer, but I have noticed the XM radio in my 22 Ram 2500 hitting dead spots more often than it did in my 18 Ram. Not bad enough to talk to service about though.

Same here... my 2500 loses reception all of the time but our Durango rarely loses. Not sure what the difference is but there sure is one. Hoping my new truck is not the same!
