My 2015 only has 1,683 miles and the drivers seat creaks and makes noises when my weight shifts going around corners. Seems weird, will it go away or get worse? Anyone have this problem? I am not a small dude (270ish) which I know might contribute, but my Chevy's never did this. I'm gonna bring it up at my 1st oil change, but wondering if there is a lube/wd40 spot that might help?

Get it fixed. It shouldn't be doing that.

Mine does it too, I've gotten used to it. It does annoy me still sometimes.

My 14 Sport rcsb started the noise at approx 12,000 miles and drove me around the bend. I traded it for a new R/T and at 500 miles nothing yet.

my driver's seat isn't noisy, it's the psgr side. only when someone is in it, only in turns when their weight shifts

theres a tsb out there to grease the seat frames to prevent this from happening. my 2012 did this and it drove me nuts. stupid dealer replaced half of the seats and it did nothing. once i pointed out the tsb and they did it, problem solved. you could probably tackle this yourself if you wanted to. its literally greasing where the seat frame comes into contract with the foam.

I think colder weather makes it worse for sure. I will mention it to the dealer next time I go in.

Yeah, I've talked to a couple people, seems to be a simple fix. I'll discuss with the dealer when I take it in for the 1st oil change. PS, glad you didn't listen to your dad, furds are turds. I saw your thread, just get that stuff fixed.

Hi guys,
It's possible that the noise is coming from seat to floor pan interface. The seat locator tab on the inboard front attachment might be contacting the side of the locator notch. It would be beneficial to bring this to your dealership's attention as it may require possible seat removal to resolve this concern. Let me know if there's anything I can do to be of assistance!

Sweet thanks, so I'll just call my dealer and tell them those exact words if greasing. It doesn't work haha. When you go to grease the frame what type of grease is recommended for it?
