Hi everyone. About a month ago my truck was towed after I failed to notice the temporary 'no parking' signs that were put up. I got my truck from impound the next day and noticed the SERV 4WD light come on. I'm thinking something may have happened while pulling my truck onto the tow bed.

Can anyone say whether the tow company may have caused this and recommend where I can begin diagnosing the problem?
