So, we have had a fair bit of discussions about bed covers that leak, including my own issues, so let’s go the other ways and share your bed covers that don’t leak.

This will be good info for new owners looking for info.

Got my cover from amazon, it’s a Angry Elephant brand soft roll up cover. Other than a minor hardware issue, installation was a breeze. It’s been on just under a year, and has been leak free.
Worth noting though, the included tail gate seal did not fit properly, and wouldn’t seal the sides of the gate.

My Bak Revolver X2 is almost 100% leak free, save for high pressure touchless car washes.

I like the rolling ability, the full ise of the bed, the ability to see out back window when using full bed, the security of the metal, the aesthetics/weatherproofing of the vinyl skin.

The locking bars that run down the side, which I have seen no other system like it, is excellent.

Common sense isn't...nor is common decency.

I have a Tyger Tri-Fold soft cover...Not one bit of water regardless of whether its precip or car wash has made it into the bed. Extremely pleased especially at its price point.

Hmmm... See.. the installation of that is the exact same as the BakFlip, so I am not sure how mine leaks in both front corners and yours does not. I have tried everything I can to get the front to seal. I have had the rails off probably 6 times and replaced rubbers etc etc.

It appears (although hard to tell) that the water can't escape down the drain quick enough, backs up and spills over the edges of the rails.

I also have a drop in bedliner that is under the rails on the sides, but goes over the front bulkhead.

When I put this in, it became an exceedingly tight fit. I also used the thicker weatherstrip that came with it, even though the instructions said not to.

As I said, I get a few tablespoons of water in a high pressure wash, but none in rain or regular washing. I can only assume it is coming in at the actual side seals in that case.

Since I have no hinges to seal at the flip points, I have fewer points to leak. Not too sure how the vinyl would hold up to your sun though....it seems fine in our 3 months a year of sunny-ish days here in the Pacific Northwest.

Common sense isn't...nor is common decency.

Leer. The only downside is you can't carry anything over about 24" tall and still close the lid.

Assault Tri-Fold. Purchased it off EBay. Haven’t had a problem with any types of leaks what so ever. It took a few times to get it to sit right on the back of the truck but I wouldn’t and couldn’t complain at all. Here in Texas have had very Hard downpours since the beginning of September and every time I check the bed and it is bone dry. I searched for a month trying to find the best cover cause I Drive from Texas to Michigan 2-3 times a year to visit family in Michigan and driving 1200 miles you never know what kind of weather you are going to run into.

I also have the Tyger roll up. I installed it last week after reading many reviews. So far, no leaks. I had to add a seal at the front of the cab between the rail caps for the perfect seal.

I have the Lomax and I'm very happy with it. Gone through touchless washes and haven't seen any water at all.
