Shocks for 4” Lift

Recently got a 4" rough country lift for my 2015 Ram 1500. looking to get some bilstein 5100 shocks for the back but cant find a solid answer or part number for what i need. would it be a shock with 0"-2" lift (accounting for the rake) or 4"-6" of lift? id appreciate the help.
