Have you ever looked at your owner's manual to see if it has a section about how do so so?

Mine shows on the dash when I hit the paddles. In the center.

I got it figured out it shows next to the for drive but it's a bit small so I didn't notice it after I told it to show

Yea there is an option in the settings to have it shown or not shown. It shows up next to the D, but its a bit smaller font.

On my '22 Bighorn it's somewhat hidden in the screen setup controls.

I activate my ERS with the button on the right side of the steering wheel. Once I do that, the 'D' goes away and is replaced by whatever gear I'm in. There is no way to show the 'D' and the gear at the same time.

Not true. There is on my ‘26…i have it set up that way.

When i bought it, it only showed the gears if i manually put it in 8th. I just went into the settings to have it displayed all the time. The D is still there, along with the gear number next to it.

Let me rephrase: There is no way for me to show the 'D' and the gear at the same time as there is nothing in my settings to change that.

My 2019 Ram 1500 had the setting in the menu for "current gear" which showed the number next to the D if turned on. My 2024 2500 does not have that setting, and believe me I looked for it.
