Silencing Key Fob

Greetings! New to the forum but long time Ram owner. My original 2010 it was easy to quiet my fob. Just picked up a 2023 TRX and can’t figure out how to do the same with my current fob. Any tips?

If your referring to blocking signals from it a faraday bag, pouch, or box accomplishes that. Other than that I have no clue what you’re talking about. My FOB on my 19 makes no noise.

First WELCOME to the group !

If you mean the FOB jiggling on the other keys on your key chain I think E Bay and Amazon or Google have a rubber sleeve that slips over the FOB !
I have one on my FOB for my car !

You’re correct, my bad. I should have been clearer. When I unlock the beast with the fob there is an audible chirp or beep. At 0430 my neighbor are probably not calling me by my government name LOL

does it beep once when you lock it and twice when you unlock with the fob? There should be a setting in the giant screen to quiet it

In UConn there is setting to turn off audible alarm notice when either unlock and/or lock

I'm sure that your radio and the settings look a bit different than my Uconnect 8.4C, but the options may be in the same area. Uconnect/settings/doors & locks.

Welcome to the Forum. Lots of great folks here. One suggestion, and I am not being a smart Aleck, read your owners manual. There is an absolutely HUGE difference between your 2010 and your new TRX. The amount of things you can configure, change, do with the new pickup is amazing. I found a big difference when I went from my 1996 V10 to my 2021 2500 with the 6.4 and I would have never known half of it without reading the manual.
