I just bought a 2018 Ram 1500 Sport last week and I'm having an issue with Sirius deactivating 2-3 times a day, it will work fine and then it pops up on the screen "subscription updated" and it goes back to the free channels, I have to call Sirius to resend the signal and then it works again for a couple hours, it's beyond frustrating, has anyone else had this problem? Sirius said it's a problem with the radio. Everytime this happens I'm out in the open so it's not a situation when something is blocking the signal.

I would not believe that there is anything wrong with your Radio

Sirius outsources their operators, the last that i heard, they use a communications company in India.
They have a small pamphlet with all the questions & answers that they use when you call them.
There corporate office is in New York City

I quit using Sirius, where i live there are way to many T-Mobile 5G Cell Towers, both companies use the same frequency.
So i get near one of those towers & the radio goes quiet

I did experience this sort of issue with an after-market Sirius radio in my Tundra but mine was every few days.

It eventually stopped de-authorizing and worked properly.

One solution I did use, was re-initialize the subscription using a smartphone. Just locate the URL, enter your radio ID (copy & paste from the phonebook), and presto, it's back online.

In Canada, there's a Sirius URL we can use to refresh the radio subscription, it might be a bit different in the US.
