Sitting at the dealership

There is a horrible scraping/rubbing noise coming from my rear passenger side every time the suspension articulated or the brakes are hit hard. Has been back for 40 minutes, and no word yet. I'll update as I hear more.

could be your rear springs rubbing against the frame. At least that was the case for me.

They didn't know as of noon. I made a stink, because I'm headed up to the cabin for the weekend in about 15 minutes. They gave me a Laramie 1500 QC 4x4 as a loaner, so I'm taking it up. I feel small. Lol!

Unfortunately it's the dealership. My local dealership does everything possible not to find a problem.
I hope they can duplicate it and fix it
