Smallest rim size on 2014 1500

So, I've been looking at possibly buying some 37x12.50 Wrangler mt military tires, but the only ones I can find come with a 16.5 rim size.

Is there a way to get that smaller of a rim to fit around the brakes and rotors? Or is the stock 17s the smallest? On custom offsets they have a 16.5in rim but they say that it's outta the typical fitment range.

I remember a member who put 16's on his 4th gen. However, he had to do some grinding on his calipers. 16.5 might work, not positive though.
