Hey guys, today I saw this chevy that looked like the headlight was tinted on the outside. Does anyone know anything about this? I'd really like to get that look on my truck

You could go multiple routes. VHT nightshades is a spray tint you could do yourself, if done right it turns out pretty nice, body shops and places that paint will tint them for you. Both of those options are fairly permanent. If that's the look you want id probably lay vinyl tint on it. Itll be perfectly clear (VHT can be spotty or specally sometimes) and it's also removable.

R Vinyl, Lamin-X and there's plenty more out there that make film and most have pre cut for your application

No. At least not in PA. I had all my lights tinted on my old truck and one garage refused to inspect it. I never got pulled over for it tho. It's also gonna dim your headlights down a bit. Another reason to do film because you can always take it off.

Painted bezel looks better and gives a better (and legal) light output then tinting the lense
