Yokohama ig51v. I drive aggressive and it always me to maintain said driving style. Braking is great.

I’m in SK Canada where we have extreme cold and a fair bit of snow. Last year we had lots of melting and re-freezing. It was like driving on skating rinks. These tires handled it well.

I like the look and reputation of the Dura-Trac, and if I were looking for a year-round replacement it would be near the top of my list. But I'd like the absolute best winter traction possible due to where we live now. I am looking at dedicated studless winters, and wonder if anyone has experience with the BLIZZAK DM-V2?

I hear you about the dedicated snow tire. I went with duratracs. I wanted something good for the snow and ice and something for back roads for fishing. Although I don’t get to do it much these days :(. They have never let me down and last year we had a bad late winter storm and my truck has got me home safe and sound. Albeit in 4x4 but still. If you want a dedicated the blizzak are great also and have a great track record. Consider going a size smaller in width. Slightly. My two cents [emoji12]

Not sure if they are available in our sizes, but for a dedicated snow tire, I prefered my xIce3 over my Blizzaks. I had the blizzaks that were new design in 2015/2016 (can't remember their name right now).

They are both excellent in the crappy weather, I simply found the dry handling to be better on the Michelins.

Common sense isn't...nor is common decency.

Also, Costco has pretty good deals for tires. I believe they also warranty them and rotate for free
