I like under grille headlights but I really dont like the look of them during the day when you can see them right through the grille. How nice would it be if they made them so that when you turn them on they could sorta flip up and when off turn down so its not as noticeable during the day..
Let me know what you think.. Just thought it would be pretty cool

I definitely agree. Id like a light bar on the front of my truck but it looks silly at stock height i think

I don't think there is enough room to be able to "flip" up the lights if you go with the HELLAs

If you went with a smaller light I'm sure it would work...small motor and a switch, few brackets...very possible

While Lamin-x may help, I don't think you can conclusively say that from the pictures posted. I mean those are 2 totally different style grills. I think just the fact that one is honeycomb makes it easier to see through. Personally I like the look of them.

Both pics I posted are the exact same light. I don't have any pics of NY old truck with the lamniX. But I will say that it was more noticeable than they are on my 09. LaminX is available online. And if you have the extra coin, the black magics are pretty sweet
