Anyone else having a sound that only while moving, go away when you put your brakes on. A new truck,2024 ram 2500 I think they are dragging and heating up the tire pressure and setting off the low tire pressure light. Happened twice now the tire pressure on dash displays not available. Tried adding air still on, but after restarting a few times and driving about 30 minutes it corrects itself and starts working. Brakes sound like they are dragging. Or anyone know what I am hearing, could be? Thanks Oscar

If tires are heating up, the pressure should increase and not decrease. If the brakes are heating the tires to that point you should see smoke from the calipers/rotors. Not sure what it is, but if brakes are dragging that hard you should be able to tell pretty easily.

@nlambert182 beat me here by 30 seconds but I was about to say the same thing.

I will add, if you have a 2024 you should still have a warranty. Take it to the dealer and let it be their problem. New vehicles have many down sides and only a few up sides. A warranty is one of those up sides, use it.

One of those new fangled temp guns that you aim at what ever and tells you the temp would be handy to see if one is real hot, or just stick your finger on it:banghead: ,Nose smell would be safer.

yrs ago when the honda was new, I got a grinding noise, a little stone had jumped up and got under the pad on back wheel. you could see the scratch on the rotor.
PITA, had to pull everything apart to get it out.
I hate doing brakes. too many old trucks over the years.
