Spare tire bumper cover

I have been to a dealership to buy a part for my 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn. They can’t find it. Does anyone know where to purchase this? It’s the cover that you put the Jack rod through the hole and twist the spare tire down. Thanks for the help.
