Spare tire Questions?

So, I actually looked at my spare tire on my 09 Ram 1500 4x4 and it is pretty rusted but still holds air. Seems like it had never been lowered from it's position. 2 questions:
1. I sound a spare on market place from a 5 lug 2019 Ram, will it fit my 09? Tire size is 235 85r16 on both. Will the lug pattern match up?

2. My truck tires are stock 20" wheels. Will running a 17" spare with 3 20" wheels be an issue?

That's what they call a "temporary" spare,and yes it'll bolt onto your 09.That's the same spare my Sport with 20 inch wheels came with.

Thanks for confirming. I figured it would fit but wanted to be sure before I bought it.

If you were closer you could have mine. I took it off years ago in favor of a full size spare.

My temp spare has been taking up space down the side of my house ever since.

I never thought about trying to sell it. I kind of assumed nobody would want it.
